Teach the Truth! The teachers of the children were to be the parents! 1 Corinthians 3:19-20, the wisdom of this world is foolishness...the thoughts of the wise are vain, they are foolishness... Romans 1:21-22, “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools...they became vain in their thinking and their foolish heart was darkened.” Ephesians 4:17-19, “So this I say, and affirm together with the Lord, that you walk no longer just as the nations also walk, in the futility of their mind, (empty-mindedness) being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart; and they, having become callous, have given themselves over to sensuality for the practice of every kind of impurity with greediness.” 2 Timothy 3:7, “ever-learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 1 Corinthians 2:14, “But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.” Ephesians 4:20-24, “But you did not learn Christ in this way, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught in Him, just as truth is in Jesus, that in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.” Anyone who lives life to honor God will live the abundant life!!! Live the Truth! Live the kind of life that reflects what you are teaching your children... Iniquity- the behavior of the parents, which is passed down to the children. 2 Corinthians 5:17, anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
